Fairway VS covers the whole trip: getting everyone in, picking the weekend, drafting the teams, scoring every match, and keeping the record.

  1. Create a league and invite your group

    The organizer creates the league in the app. Every league gets a short join code you can drop straight into the group chat.

    • Players open the app, enter the code, and they're in. No email list required.
    • Prefer email? Organizers can invite people by email instead.
    • Want someone to follow along without playing? Invite them as a spectator.

  2. Plan the trip

    Settle the big questions before anyone books a tee time.

    • Trip polls let the group vote on the destination and the weekend.
    • RSVP shows who's in and who's out, in one place.
    • Organizers post announcements to Updates, and everyone gets a push notification.

  3. Draft the teams and the matchups

    This is where the trash talk starts.

    • Captains draft their teams live, one pick at a time, with the whole league watching.
    • Before each round, captains draft the matchups: one side offers a pairing and the other chooses who plays it.
    • Both drafts, and live scoring, are unlocked by the organizer's trip pass.

  4. Play with live scoring

    Each group keeps score on a live scorecard, hole by hole.

    • Handicap strokes are marked on the scorecard, hole by hole.
    • The live scoreboard shows every match's status, like 2 UP thru 14, along with the running team points.
    • Spectators follow the scoreboard from anywhere.

  5. Keep the history

    When the last putt drops, the results stay on the record.

    • Season stats for every player.
    • All-time history across every trip your league plays.
    • Bragging rights, documented.
