What to expect
We're a small team and aim to reply within two business days. Privacy requests, including account deletion, are handled within 30 days.
Common questions
I can't sign in.
Use the same method you signed up with: email and password, Sign in with Apple, or Google. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a reset link.
Still stuck? Email support@fairwayvs.com from the address on your account and tell us how you usually sign in.
How do I join a league with a code?
Ask your organizer for the league code. Open Fairway VS, sign in, choose to join with a league code, enter it, and tap Join league. Codes aren't case-sensitive, and dashes are optional.
My league code doesn't work.
Organizers can make a new code at any time, and the old one stops working when they do. Ask yours for the current code. People who already joined stay in the league.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete Account. Spectators tap Delete Account on the scoreboard screen. Can't get into the app? See delete your account for how to ask us by email.
I have a question about a trip pass.
Email billing@fairwayvs.com with the trip name and the organizer's email address. Refund rules are in the refund policy.
