Refund Policy

The short version

Ask before your trip's first golf day starts and you get a full refund. After that, trip passes are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or when a problem on our side kept you from using the pass.

Before the first golf day

If you request a refund before the trip's first golf day starts, we refund the full price of the trip pass.

After the first golf day starts

Once the trip's first golf day has started, trip passes are non-refundable, except:

• Where the law requires a refund
• When a problem on our side prevented you from using the pass

If something on our end got in the way of your trip, tell us.

How to request a refund

Email billing@fairwayvs.com and include:

• The trip, including the league name
• The organizer's email address, the one used at checkout

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
